Registration Guidelines

1
Only officers who have served for a minimum of one year as of the date of the circular are eligible to register and sit for the examination.

Registration is for both fresh candidates and resit candidates.

The examination will take place simultaneously in three centres: Zaria, Kaduna, and Kafanchan.

Administrative Officers and State Counsel cadres will sit for Papers A, B, C, D, and E.

Other cadres, including teachers, will sit for Papers A, B, and E only.

Administrative Officers and State Counsels who sat for only three or four papers in the last examination should re-register and sit for the remaining appropriate papers.

Candidates should register through the Kaduna State Civil Service Examination portal: www.kadcivilserviceexam.com/ng.

The registration portal will be open from Monday, 29th June 2026 to Saturday, 25th July 2026.

Candidates must print their examination slips immediately after registration.

The examination is scheduled for Tuesday, 28th to Wednesday, 29th July 2026.

The examination will commence at 9:00 a.m. daily.

Candidates must come with their office identity card and examination slip to be allowed into the examination hall.

Candidates should carefully cross-check their details and registered papers before final submission, especially those registering through business centres/cafés.

Candidates should ensure they click and submit their examination properly on the computer immediately after finishing the questions.

The maximum time allowed for each paper is 15 minutes.

Candidates caught in examination malpractice will face appropriate disciplinary action.

Candidates who sat for the 2025 examination but could not download and print their results within the specified period can now access the portal and print their results.

Note: Double registration will lead to immediate disqualification.
